Created for families that are on the move. Lightweight and compact, with an easy fold with one hand. All-terrain wheels, front suspension and multi-position reclining seat allow children to weigh up to 50 pounds. The tray for parents and kids as well as a large storage bin and a three-tiered canopy that has a windows that peek out at the sun provide maximum protection.
The Cloud received one of the lowest scores in our quality tests because it has a flimsy seat made of hard plastic and a design that is dated. It's also more expensive than other strollers with a lighter weight. This is a bad option for parents looking for a budget option.
Although it's not the lightest double stroller, it has enough features to be worth considering. Its swiveling wheels make easy for you to navigate it on flat surfaces. It can also leap over curbs without much effort. The Cloud's low handle is a problem however, as it's at knee level and isn't adjustable. It's difficult to push when your legs are dangling in that way. And the lack of padding doesn't make it any easier.
In our tests and testing, we discovered the Cloud to be easy to open and set up. It's a little more difficult to close, however. You must slide a slider and then push a large white button to cause it to collapse. This can be frustrating especially if you're juggling kids while doing it.
The Cloud comes with a small but deep storage basket that can fit a medium diaper bag. It's a little narrow, though you'll probably need to leave something inside for the back to get it back. The Cloud includes a parent tray and a child tray each with two cup holders. However, both are too narrow for larger cups or bottles.

They began by making diapers and crib pads and now they produce a variety of baby products, including highchairs and infant car seats. The company is located in Chicago and is an American manufacturer.
pushchair twin is a lightweight double stroller with a minimalist style that's perfect for traveling. It's light at 18 lbs (lighter than some single strollers!) It folds flat, making it easy to carry and store. It also comes with independently reclined seats and large SPF 50 sunvisors that have a peekaboo window. The visors can be adjusted to fit kids of various heights. It also features an integrated parking brake with one step, and is Disney-size approved.
Jeep's swivel wheel system is also ideal for maneuvering over bumps and uneven terrain. The stroller does not accept car seats so your kids should be at least 6+ months old and have good neck control to be able to ride in the front seat. The stroller has three panels of sun canopy, and each seat comes with a cupholder and snack tray.
Another incredibly lightweight side-by-side stroller is the Valco Baby Snap Duo Trend. It's heavier than Kolcraft Cloud Plus, at 23 pounds. However, double buggy and slimmer (26.5 inches wide!) and has a ton of luxe features that make it ideal for travel. It's a simple fold, is very maneuverable and fits into the overhead compartments of airplanes and trunks easily.
Similar to the Summer Infant 3D Pac CS+ Double and Mountain Buggy Nano Duo, the Joovy Kooper X2 is another tri-fold, ultralight double stroller. It's pretty comparable to the Jeep Destination Ultralight SBS, however, it has a few key differences. It's a little more expensive, but offers a more shady sun canopy and better maneuverability. It also comes with a handy carry strap and can accommodate kids up to 44 lbs per seat.
Summer Infant 3D Pac CS+
Summer Infant 3D Pac CS+ is a stroller that is light with a lot of features. It's not just incredibly light at 13 lbs, but it comes with plenty of storage in the form of parent and child cup holders, a child sippy-cup pocket, a parent storage pocket, and more. It can also be used with a child's car seat and features a brake that flips. This stroller is designed to grow as your child grows. It can be transformed from a baby stroller into a toddler stroller by attaching the car seat adapters (sold separate) and it's suitable for children 6 months and up.
Another thing to note about this stroller is that it only has swivel wheels and doesn't have locking features, so it might not be the best choice for rocky or sloping terrain. It is able to maneuver well on sidewalks that are paved and other smooth surfaces, however it's an excellent choice for the majority of families.
This is one of the most compact and lightweight double strollers that comes with full-size features. It folds with one hand and put away in the garage or trunk. It can also be used as an infant stroller and is compatible with most car seats without the need for extra adapters.

The Kooper X2 is an excellent choice for parents who want a lightweight double stroller that can accommodate two children. Its sling-style seats are comfortable and they offer the same amount of headroom as other double strollers. This allows children to sit together. The Kooper X2 is unique in that it comes with a completely reclining seat, which makes it a great option for naps. Its recline feature is easy to use, however it's not really flat. For taller children, there may be a leg hanging in the reclined position. It also has a big canopy that we found to be more effective in blocking the sun's rays than other options in our review of the top double strollers.
The stroller is light enough to easily navigate through door frames, which was a big issue for us with other models we tried. It folds easily and the handlebars are close to the ground. The only downside is its small storage space. When full of toys for kids, it feels squeezed.
